1,5 km distance from LEA 400 KV. You can build a new 400kV substation. Connect it to the nearby power grid. The length of the access line is about 1.5km. Nonetheless, the construction cost of the 400kV booster station impacts the project’s economics. This impact needs to be considered.

14 KM distance from LEA 220KV. It is recommended to communicate with the power grid. This will help assess whether connecting to the 220kV high-voltage transmission line is possible. This line is on the south side of the power station.  

4 KM distance from LEA 110KV. The planned AC side capacity of this project is 110MW. If it remains connected to the adjacent 110kV line, this line’s capacity will be limited. The existing 65MW photovoltaic power station influences this limitation.

Contractual duration of all offers 

Initial Duration: 3 years

– Extended Duration: 35 years + possible 5 years

General conditions

for extravilan land, the payment of the tax is the responsibility of the owner;

– for intravilan land, the investor is responsible for the payment of the tax starting with the transfer of the land from extravilan to intravilan;

– the inflation rate set by the European Central Bank; it is added to the value of the superficies/ha starting with the second year of the superficies payment in the Extended Duration;

– payment of the superficies in the Extended Duration within a contractually determined period upon obtaining the construction approval or commencement of construction of the PV park; differs from owner to owner;

– the annual payment of the superficies during the Extended Duration is made in January for the current year;

– payment of the deal at the notary’s office, including land tax, to be paid by the investor for the First Term of 3 years;

– payment of the deal at the notary’s office; including land tax, to be paid by the investor for the Extended Duration of 35 years; the land tax on the exchange of the Extended Duration will be recovered by the investor from the owner from the first 3 years of the payment of the superficies;

– The transfer of the land from extravilan to intravilan will be the legal and financial responsibility of the investor;

– The owner is the rightful owner of the land for the entire contractual period, including after the expiry of the contract;

– The owned land will not be used as a mortgage to obtain a bank loan by the investor; the photovoltaic park yes;

– The owner will sell the land to a third party. This sale is conditional. The new owner must take over the contract with right of superficies.
