1. We have for sale directly from developers photovoltaic and wind farm projects that will be delivered with all the authorizations according to Romanian legislation, ready-to-build.

You will negotiate directly with the owners of photovoltaic and wind farm projects.

2. Due to our activity in the agricultural sector, where we offer consultancy services in the sale-purchase of agricultural farms (minimum 500 ha), we have various connections with land owners throughout the transaction. We can offer you land suitable for the development and construction of photovoltaic parks (30 HA – 200 HA) according to the Romanian legislation and which is at a reasonable distance from the high voltage grid LEA 110 KV, LEA 220 KV or LEA 400 KV.

In addition to the introduction of the offer, we can play an advisory role in facilitating site visits and other preparatory aspects, as well as assisting during preparations and negotiations for the signing of an agreement between the Owner and the Investor.

Due to the extensive experience we have in negotiating the financial and legal terms of a transaction, we can also offer these services at least in the preliminary phase of the transaction and the formation of the Owner-Investor relationship.

We have two proposals for collaboration:

A. if you have a team in Romania, we come with the land directly from the owners, the owners’ price, direct owner-investor negotiation and we as consultants will advise both parties to reach a common denominator; we have extensive experience in negotiations, including unblocking negotiations in case of an impasse between the parties.

Or,

b. if you do not have a team in Romania, our energy project development company will take care of obtaining all authorizations, ready-to-build.

– Your system of working with the consultant from a legal and financial point of view; I am waiting for a draft contract;

– your system of working with the landowner from a legal and financial point of view; I am waiting for a draft contract;

– land area, minimum – maximum; optimal distance to high voltage grids or power plants depending on the size of LEA 110 KV, LEA 220 KV or LEA 400 KV.
