I have a concrete client who wishes to access full funding or enter into association for a resort will cover 310 (1000) hectares, of which constructed area will not exceed 48 hectares.

A winter-summer recreational resort that is to accommodate both therapeutic and health recovery facilities; Investments In Romania – Investment In Romania – the resort will spread over an area of 310 (1000) ha at a height of 1000 – 1800 m, in a picturesque place of Carpathian mountains – Investment In Romania – in the Valea Prahovei (Prahova Valley) region, Prahova County, at a distance of 140 km from the Romanian capital.

The investment is estimated at EUR 1 bn.

The forest part of mountain (1000 ha) is under the administration of resort, while the alpine area is state property, Investments In Romania – Investment In Romania, under the administration of local authorities.

The project also includes 80 villas. Most of them will be available for sale for golf players coming to play golf on the Olympic course in the resort.

In the resort will be built a hospital.

Cota assured that resort project is essentially a green project, Investments In Romania – Investment In Romania, the forest will not be impacted, as there will be not be massive deforestation and more, the owners of villas which will be developed here, will have the forest in their own garden. The resort will also benefit of Olympic training center for athletes, cross-country skiing and horseback riding, snowboard park and slopes, ski slopes, cable transport facilities, indoor aqua park with artificial lake and capacity of 1,200 people and a 5-star hotel.

Electricity and heating will be provided by biomass cogeneration plant operated with wood.

Until now, the documentation for removing land from the national forest has been submitted, PUZ has been submitted for approval and prepared the environmental report for obtaining the environmental approval.

The objectives are finalizing PUZ and obtaining the necessary authorizations to start work. As an investment of regional level, PUZ must be approved by the Romanian Government.


The  Castle is located on the site of an ancient hunting house that had endured since sec. XVIII.

The Castle is built in Neo-Romanian style, the only Romanian style of architecture history which has revived the tradition, strengthened the origins and connected them to the present.

Neo-Romanian architecture style is probably the most extensive heritage which Romania gave to the world culture. The facade is made out of carved stone and brick clad  in interior.

The castle, built in neoromanian style, is surrounded by a park who’s alleys take you to the grotto,cascades and fountains.

The Reception Hall houses a unique collection of heraldry in Romania.

The building made of  bricks and stone according to the plans of Grigore Cerchez , is built in a neo-romanian style and stretches over a surface of 3148sqm.

The decorations give the interior a strong romantic ambiance .The stained glasses , the stucco marble , the cantilevers , the exposed painted ceilings , the wooden , stone or forged iron handrails ,the iron work cast in brass and richly decorated are exquisitely crafted. The fireplaces made of white stone and bearing polychrome mosaics complete the atmosphere of a manorial residence , increasing the value of the building.

The Castle ensemble consists of 4 buildings. Central pavilion has an area of 1200.30 m2 ground, 3148.02 m2 total (basement, ground floor and first floor) and is constructed of a concrete foundation, walls of carved stone and roof is tile.

The office pavilion has ground and first floor, for a total area of 403.80 m2.

The administrative villa has one level of 114.41 m2.

The fourth building is the chapel.
