Description of the agricultural farm
The surface of the agricultural land that is being worked: 1900 HA
The legal situation of agricultural land:
a. 160 ha owned by the selling company.
b. 45 ha owned by one of the shareholders; it can be bought according to Law 17/2014 with subsequent additions and changes and the methodological rules of application provided for in Order 311/2020 311/94/M12/3525 or it can be rented (we propose 15 years with the renegotiation of the lease after a term of 5 years) .
c. 1700 ha lease contracts in progress for a period of 8-10 years.
The agricultural lands are combined from the point of view of the right of use and are located on an average radius of 2-4 km around the agro-zootechnical base, on one side and the other of a county road.
Explanation: from the point of view of the right of use – at the level of the commune, the tenants agree among themselves which are the agricultural plots that they work on constantly.
There is currently a non-functional irrigation system with direct supply from the adduction canal, and the surface that could be irrigated is approximately 690 ha (there is a program for its rehabilitation).
